Enjoy watching dressage freestyle videos from just a few of our clients. You'll hear dressage music in many different styles, but all of these freestyles have high scores and championship wins in common. Some videos demonstrate how well we match phrasing to our clients' pre-existing choreography and others feature choreography designed by Beth Hall - all equally successful in competition.
MusiKur Videos, for Woodwind Studios Productions, dubbed music and added credits to all videos. Kevin Hall can create a beautiful memento DVD for any freestyle rider. To edit and produce your movie, he needs DVD or video download of your freestyle, competition music, and a photo. Kevin can also produce a music video to advertise your stallion or horse business.
Rebecca Rigdon and Solei Fourth Level
Watch Rebecca win the Cool August Nights competition in California and earn a score of nearly 75%. Rebecca and Solei also won the USDF Region 7 championship with this freestyle. She selected a mix of classical and classical crossover music to suit her elegant mare. Rebecca rides in sync much of the time, contributing to her impression of musicality. We were the first to use the trot music heard in this freestyle!
Endel Ots and Toscano First Alternate U.S. Team Pan American Games Intermediate
Endel rides in dramatic fashion at the Collecting Gaits Festival of Champions to become the first alternate to the U.S. Team. His current film and hip-hop music was a crowd pleaser as he scored 71.4% on the ride. Choreography was designed in part by Beth Hall.
Victoria Retamoza and LuCarlos FEI Young Rider
Tori scored an impressive 72.6% on this ride to win the MSEDA Freestyle Championship. She earned all scores for her USDF Freestyle Silver Bar with her Andrew Lloyd Webber freestyle. This is a fun freestyle with a novelty ending, perfect for NAJYRC. Beth designed choreography to create dramatic impact with the music.
Nancy Hinz and Collector's Item Intermediate
Nancy Hinz is scoring consistently in the 70s with her film and synthesizer music freestyle. She won the FEI freestyle class at Texas Rose Dressage with a score of 73.8%. The phrasing fits Nancy's ride perfectly and it's easy to see that she knows exactly when to start each movement.
Susan Schneider and Sir Sherlock JSS Intermediate
Susan wins the Paragon CDI* in this video. She selected a mix of music by prominent synthesizer composers like Vangelis. Notice how closely movements and phrasing are matched; the rider hears every musical cue and it shows in the quality of the performance. Beth edited music and designed choreography for this freestyle.
Julie McKean and Stravinsky FEI Young Rider
We put a band in the studio to record Latin rock music for Julie. She won the Raleigh CDI*** over a large field of young riders with this crowd-pleasing music. We used this trot music several years before any other rider; Woodwind Studios is often imitated, but never duplicated!
Shiwon Green and Gosh Pacific League World Cup Final Grand Prix
Shiwon rode her classical music freestyle to great acclaim at Equitana in Australia with her New Zealand-bred thoroughbred cross horse. She also competed this freestyle at the Pacific League World Cup Final and placed sixth. Shiwon was a member of the New Zealand team competing at the Australian Championships which qualified the country for the Olympics! Beth edited music and designed choreography for this freestyle.
